All items sold by Trinkie Studio are handmade and/or made to order. Due to the nature of handmade products, slight variations in color, size, or finish may occur and are not considered defects. Production times are estimates and may vary.

Prices are subject to change without notice. All payments are processed securely at checkout. Taxes and shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

Trinkie Studio is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damages caused by shipping carriers once an order has been shipped. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must contact us within 3 days of delivery with photo documentation to be eligible for a replacement or store credit.

Products are intended for personal use only. Items are not heat-resistant and should not be exposed to excessive heat, water, or improper handling. Small parts may be a choking hazard. Keep products away from small children, and Trinkie Studio is not responsible for unsupervised purchases or use by children. Trinkie Studio is not responsible for damage caused by misuse or improper care.

All designs, images, product concepts, and content are the intellectual property of Trinkie Studio and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or resold without written permission. Trinkie Studio is not affiliated with or endorsed by any third-party brands or franchises.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trinkie Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
