All items are handmade and/or made to order. Please allow processing time before your order ships. Processing times are listed on the FAQ page and may vary.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Trinkie Studio is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error are not eligible for replacement or refund.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly. Trinkie Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
