Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Please review product details carefully before placing your order.

Important:
Because our products are 3D printed, minor imperfections, layer lines, or natural variations may occur. These are normal for 3D prints and are not eligible for a refund upon inspection.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly offer a replacement or store credit when applicable.

We are not responsible for:

• Damage caused by improper use or care

• Exposure to heat, water, or normal wear

• Items damaged after delivery

All sales are final.
